How long does it take?
About 15 minutes. If it makes sense to go further, you’ll book a proper meeting at another time.
Do I have to be in Hawke’s Bay?
No. Lou works with people right across New Zealand by phone and video.
Can my partner join?
Yes, and it’s usually easier if they do.
Do I need my policy documents?
Handy if you have them. If not, knowing who your insurer is is enough to start.
What happens after the chat?
If it makes sense to keep going, Lou books a longer meeting to look at your situation properly. If not, that’s fine too.
How does Lou get paid?
If you take out a policy Lou recommends, the insurer pays The Insurance Team a commission. The premium is separate, and Lou will explain how it all works before you decide anything.
